I took The Dicksons Family pictures last week but it just got dark too fast to get all I wanted. Can you believe these pictures were taken at 3:00! Crazy! So I asked them if they wanted to do a short mini session before they left for Idaho tomorrow. Enjoy!

Tyson is adorable, and I am really jealous of Alan’s eye lashes!

I love the pictures of Haley pointing at the sky. Like any 2 year old, she is distracted easily and a plane in the air is far more interesting to a crazy lady with a camera.

She is so cute!

On saturday morning I had the most wonderful pleasure to take a family portrait session of a family I care about so much. Shillawna, Kevin and Anslie are an awesome family and I am a little more than sad they are moving back to California next week. Luckly, they will be living in California, and heck who wouldn’t want to go there to visit them! Shillawna and I always have a lot to talk about since she is a photographer too. Her photography skills have literally blossomed right before my eyes. She really has an amazing eye for capturing moments so if you are from the San Diego area you are in luck! She is coming home and ready for business!

Alex and I have been blessed in so many ways when we made the decision to move down to Roswell, NM. We have some of the best friends we have ever had in our life, our family has never been stronger and we have a wonderful support system at church. Life is good. Alex really loves his job and is excited to go to work every morning, which makes thing so pleasant around our home. The main challenge I have faced down here is having to basically re launch my business. But we all work through our challenges and I hope this session will be the first of many I do down here.

Thanks to the Bair family for being such wonderful subjects to photograph. You family is precious. Enjoy!
